The property

Villa Pontarró is a stone house with a private pool in Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by countryside with the Serra de Tramuntana behind it. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to ten guests, with garden, terrace and barbecue. It sits just minutes from the centre of Pollensa and from the beaches. We are the owners and manage it directly: no middlemen, and personal contact before and during your stay.

Who this house is for

Two families

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms — two of them en suite — split two families without anyone queueing in the morning. There is room for four cars on the property, so each family arrives in its own.

A large group

Up to 10 people in a single house, with a garden, terrace and barbecue for dinners together. The price is split 10 ways, which is what makes a whole house work out against five hotel rooms.

Cyclists and walkers

Port de Pollensa, where the Formentor and Sa Calobra routes start, is ten minutes away. There is plenty of room to store the bikes, and the pool takes care of recovery after the ride.
