Finding a house in Mallorca for a group of ten is nothing like looking for one for four: most of what is advertised stops at six or eight. Villa Pontarró is a whole house sleeping ten across five bedrooms, in Pollensa in the north of the island, with a private pool, garden and barbecue. It is rented by groups of friends and by families travelling together.
Two double bedrooms and three with single beds. Four bathrooms, two of them en suite, which is the difference between breakfast together and a queue in the corridor. The house is rented whole: you do not share it with anyone.
The price of the house is split ten ways, and that is where a whole house beats five hotel rooms: it costs less per person, and there is a kitchen, a barbecue and a pool that does not close at eight. The centre of Pollensa is two minutes away by car for dinner out, and the Port and Cala Sant Vicenç ten.

No, the house is rented whole. You do not share it with other guests and nothing is closed off: the five bedrooms, the pool and the garden are all yours.

Yes, and it depends on the time of year: four nights in spring, five in autumn and seven in summer, Saturday to Saturday. The calendar on this page applies it as you pick dates, so whatever it lets you select can be booked.
