Cancellation terms

Notice before check-in date	Refund
More than 30 days	100% of the amount paid
Between 30 and 14 days	50% of the total amount
Less than 14 days or no-show	No refund

How to cancel

To cancel a booking, write to us at andreu_moragues@hotmail.com stating the lead guest's name and the booking dates. We will confirm the cancellation and the refundable amount by the same means.

Refund period

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the cancellation, using the same payment method as the original booking.

Force majeure

In duly evidenced cases of force majeure (government travel restrictions, natural disasters), we offer a change of dates at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Cancellation by the owner

If for exceptional reasons we are unable to provide the booked accommodation, we will refund 100% of the amount paid or offer accommodation of an equivalent category, at the guest's choice.
