Yes, and only for the people staying at the house: no timetables, no shifts, nobody else. It is not fenced, which is worth knowing if you are travelling with small children.
It depends on the time of year: four nights in spring, five in autumn and seven in summer, Saturday to Saturday. The calendar applies it as you pick dates, and if there is a gap left between two bookings, it can still be taken whole — just ask.
The final cleaning fee is €150, payable with the booking.
Ten minutes by car to the beaches at Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç, and fifteen to Alcúdia. The centre of Pollença is 2 minutes away by car (we do not recommend walking: the road is narrow with no pavement), and Palma airport 50.
No, pets are not allowed at the house. It is not negotiable by size or breed, and we say so plainly so that nobody books counting on it.
Yes, private parking within the grounds. There is room for four cars without squeezing, so two families can each bring their own and nobody has to look for a space in town.
No, the pool is not fenced or gated. It sits in the house’s private garden, with no access from outside, but if you are travelling with small children it is worth bearing in mind.
Yes. We are the owners and you book directly with us here, with no agency and no commission. Worth knowing: there is another house in Pollença with a similar name and a good deal smaller. Ours sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms, a private pool and parking for four cars.
No. Villa Pontarró is a holiday rental. It is not for sale and we do not take offers to buy it. If you would like to stay, write to us with your dates.
Yes, and they are free: a travel cot and a high chair. Just tell us when you book and we will have them set up for your arrival.
Just write to us. Cancellation with a 100 % refund up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid is refunded. With less than 30 days, amounts paid are non-refundable.
Yes, with the owners, with no middleman and no commission. The agreement is signed on the site and payment is by bank transfer, between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
