Port de Pollensa, where the Formentor and Sa Calobra routes begin, is ten minutes away. Bikes are kept under cover on the porch, out of sight, and the pool does the recovery after the ride.

- Tourist stay tax: 2 EUR per person per night from 1 May to 31 October, 0.50 EUR the rest of the year. Charged on top of the price. Guests under 16 are exempt and from night 9 the rate is reduced by 50 %.
- Cancellation with a 100 % refund up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid is refunded. With less than 30 days, amounts paid are non-refundable.
