The house is open from March until the first Saturday in November. The rest of the year it is closed.
Finding a place for ten in Pollensa is nothing like looking for a house for four. Most of what is advertised stops at six or eight, and beyond that the choice narrows sharply. Villa Pontarró is a whole house sleeping ten across five bedrooms, in the town of Pollensa, with a private pool and garden.
Two double bedrooms and three with single beds. Four bathrooms, two of them en suite — which is the difference between everyone having breakfast together and queueing in the corridor. The house is rented whole: you share it with nobody and there are no timetables.
This is the most common use. Each family has its own sleeping area, while the living room, kitchen, garden and pool are shared. There is room for four cars in the grounds, so each family arrives in its own and nobody circles the town looking for a space — which in Pollensa in August is no small thing.
If you are travelling with small children, you should know that the pool is not fenced. It sits inside the private garden with no access from outside, but we would rather say so beforehand than afterwards.
The price of the house is split ten ways, and that is where a whole house beats five hotel rooms: per person it works out lower, and you also get a kitchen, a barbecue and a pool that does not close at eight.

No, the house is rented whole. You do not share it with other guests and nothing is closed off: the five bedrooms, the pool and the garden are all yours.

Five nights in the low and mid seasons, seven in July and August. Outside high season just ask: if the dates work, we are flexible.
