The house is open from March until the first Saturday in November. The rest of the year it is closed.
Villa Pontarró is a whole house in Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, with a large garden and a private pool, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is chosen above all by families: parents with young children, families with teenagers and three-generation families travelling with grandparents.
One thing we would rather say now than later: the pool is not fenced. It is inside the private garden with no access from outside, but with children who cannot swim yet it needs watching.
There is a ground-floor bedroom with an adapted bathroom right next to it, so grandparents do not have to climb any stairs. And the centre of Pollensa is two minutes away by car, so the square is close at hand for a coffee or dinner.
Two double bedrooms and three with single beds, for ten people in all. Four bathrooms, two of them en suite. The house is rented whole and there is parking for four cars.

Cala Sant Vicenç and the beach at Port de Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car, and Alcúdia 15. The centre of Pollensa is 2 minutes away by car.
We do not recommend it, especially with children or prams: the way in is a narrow road with no pavement and cars in both directions. By car it is two minutes, and there are car parks on the edge of the old town.
